Use leaves and seeds for flavouring salads, curries, pickles and chutney.
Sow in spring when soil has warmed up. Sow seeds in rows around 1 cm deep and then cover with soil/compost. Space rows around 35 cm apart. Sow seeds around 4 cm apart.
Seeds will germinate after about two weeks.
Once the seedlings are about 4-5 cm high you can thin them to about 20 cm apart.
